I can not perform a warm boot. I hit the rest button and the system hangs. Any ideas? Thanks.

This could be related to a number of issues, power supply problems, BIOS data corruption, hardware failures or hardware problems, memory timing issues (related to the BIOS ususally), resource allocation issues. I would start by reseting the BIOS to BIOS defaults and then reboot the system and try reseting. If this works, then I would reenter the BIOS and set it up a feature at a time un til the issue comes back into play or you have your system reconfigured properly. Next, I would try a different power supply if this is possible. It could very well be the Power Good switch in the power supply (I am presently working on an EMachines system that is doing this. Shutting down the system and it reboots instead). Hope this helps.
