Looking for Cheap internet sites....

I work at a nonprofit agency and they dont give me a very big budget to make the computers we have run. But i am sure i am not the only one in this boat. So... I am looking for some cheap internet sites that offer really good deals on not so up to date technology. Alot of the computers i work with are old Compaqs with P2's and mostly P3's. So i get alot of bad MOBOs and Processor and the need for more ram. SO if anyone can point me in the right direction i would really be thankful.
