I really wish you hadn't posted that StartupList Log, it will make me have to scroll a lot more... That said, to start, please extract HijackThis to a permanent folder such as C:\Documents or one you create like C:\HJT. You are running it from a temp folder which means we won't be able to restore any changes made...
You do have Incredifind and also Netster... Close all open windows and your browser, open HJT and mark/fix:
R3 - URLSearchHook: IncrediFindBHO Class - {5D60FF48-95BE-4956-B4C6-6BB168A70310} - C:\PROGRA~1\INCRED~1\BHO\INCFIN~1.DLL
O2 - BHO: NavErrRedir Class - {5D60FF48-95BE-4956-B4C6-6BB168A70310} - C:\PROGRA~1\INCRED~1\BHO\INCFIN~1.DLL
O16 - DPF: {56336BCB-3D8A-11D6-A00B-0050DA18DE71} (RdxIE Class) - http://207.188.7.150/082ba5f166f30f...ip/RdxIE601.cab
If you didn't set this, fix it too:
R0 - HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Main,Start Page = http://allnurses.com/forums/
This is considered legit, but dubious. I suggest dumping it:
O2 - BHO: (no name) - {029CA12C-89C1-46a7-A3C7-82F2F98635CB} - C:\PROGRAM FILES\KONTIKI\BIN\BH304181.DLL
O8 - Extra context menu item: Get It With Kontiki - res://C:\PROGRAM FILES\KONTIKI\BIN\BH304181.DLL/201
See if you can find and remove this from the hard drive if you decide to get rid of Kontiki:
C:\PROGRAM FILES\KONTIKI
These look suspicious and I suggest fixing them too:
R0 - HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Main,Start Page = http://www.microsoft.com/isapi/redir.dll?prd={SUB_PRD}&clcid={SUB_CLSID}&pver={SUB_PVER}&ar=home
R1 - HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Int
R1 - HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Int
O4 - Startup: One-ShotŪ.lnk = C:\FA DAVIS\OneShot\oneshot.exe
O16 - DPF: {2B96D5CC-C5B5-49A5-A69D-CC0A30F9028C} (MiniBugTransporterX Class) - http://download.weatherbug.com/mini...ransporter.cab?
O16 - DPF: {0246ECA8-996F-11D1-BE2F-00A0C9037DFE} (TDServer Control) - http://204.168.68.163/pfr/tdserver.cab
O16 - DPF: {01113300-3E00-11D2-8470-0060089874ED} (Support.com Configuration Class) - http://support.charter.com/sdccommo...oad/tgctlcm.cab
O16 - DPF: {0335A685-ED24-4F7B-A08E-3BD15D84E668} - http://dl.filekicker.com/send/file/...IL/PhPSetup.cab
And remove this from the hard drive if you choose to fix the associated HJT O4 item:
C:\FA DAVIS\ONESHOT\ONESHOT.EXE
And finally, find and remove this if you can find it. You may have to set Windoze to reveal hidden files to find it:
C:\PROGRAM Files\INCREDIFIND
Reboot and post a fresh log when you are done with these fixes....

Well, including everything revealed some more garbage.... Close all windows and your browser, run HJT and mark/fix:
O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [SystemTray] SysTray.Exe
O16 - DPF: {56336BCB-3D8A-11D6-A00B-0050DA18DE71} (RdxIE Class) - http://207.188.7.150/082ba5f166f30f...ip/RdxIE601.cab
This is a registration reminder that many consider to be spyware. It is not needed, so I recommend fixing it:
O4 - Startup: PowerReg SchedulerV2.exe
And here is more Kontiki:
O4 - HKCU\..\Run: [cnet] "C:\Program Files\Kontiki\bin\kontiki.exe" -s cnet -q
These are unneeded resource hogs. If you fix the TKBell, you will need to go into RealPlayer and find the settings for updating to turn off....
O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [TkBellExe] "C:\Program Files\Common Files\Real\Update_OB\realsched.exe" -osboot
O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [QuickTime Task] "C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM\QTTASK.EXE" -atboottime
O4 - Startup: Microsoft Office.lnk = C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\Office\OSA9.EXE
And here is the basis for Kontiki:
C:\PROGRAM FILES\KONTIKI\BIN\KONTIKI.EXE
After you finish with this set, please reboot and post a fresh log... Note if there are any problems.....

Budfred, why would you want to stop the system tray from running at startup?
O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [SystemTray] SysTray.Exe

Good point Steve... I wasn't checking closely enough... There are viral versions of Systray, but this is probably a legit one... It can be disabled:
SYSTRAY.EXE - System Tray Services. Provides the Volume Control, PC Card Status, Power Management and other icons that reside in the System Tray (http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;en-us;128129). SYSTRAY.EXE may be disabled if none of these services are required. It will launch as and when required if you later enable the icons. If you need these items they're available via Start -> Settings -> Control Panel but it is probably best to leave it....

Ok, I deleted/fixed the things you suggested. I got a Blue screen of death and a windows protection error [2 of these]
Exception Errors:
VxD MSTCP
VxD VTDI
Two times I got this one. One when I shut down the first time after HJT and fixing all you recommended. And when I went back in and did the normal start. Here it is::
"While initializing device AVGCORE Windows Protection Error. You need to restart your computer."
Also, as a side note. I tried to remove cnet download manager from Add/remove programs but it is still there. It is also still in my Programs files.
Couple of other questions concerning things on my HJT list. Do I need these things?

These are all optional:
F1 - win.ini: run=C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM\cmmpu.exe
O4 - Startup: WinZip Quick Pick.lnk = C:\Program Files\WinZip\WZQKPICK.EXE
O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [LoadQM] loadqm.exe
O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [C-Media Mixer] Mixer.exe /startup
But I wouldn't mess with this:
O3 - Toolbar: &Radio - {8E718888-423F-11D2-876E-00A0C9082467} - C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM\MSDXM.OCX
And I wouldn't remove the actual programs because 2 of them are part of C-Media for your audio and the loadqm.exe may effect your internet settings if you completely remove it. Fixing them in HJT will keep them from running unless you start them manually...
I am not sure what was going on with the errors you got, you may need to run an online virus scan and/or trojan scan to make sure there isn't something nastier lurking in the background...
For this try simply removing the folder (in bold). If that doesn't work, see if there is a Kontiki process running and stop it, then try again. If it still doesn't work, boot into Safe Mode and kill it there:
C:\PROGRAM FILES\KONTIKI\BIN\KONTIKI.EXE
Do what you can here and post with a fresh log and any problems you are still having...

Ok, I didn't delete some of the things I asked about, but I did go into "Find Files and deleted all Kontiki files and folders. Is this the same as Cnet Download Manager?
Everytime I go into Add/Remove programs and try to remove cnet the Add/remove programs freezes and cnet WILL NOT remove!!!
No errors or Windows Protection errors this time.
I also ran an online virus scanner from housecalls. No viruses. Will it also pick up trogan horses?
Is there a program that will get rid of cnet? A scrubber or something?
Thanks!!

You can find some info and removal instructions for Kontiki Here (http://www.pestpatrol.com/PestInfo/k/kontiki.asp) .
Seeing that cnet download manager and kontiki are intertwined, the removal instructions might help you kill the download manager as well.
Hope it helps...:)

The only thing that seems to be left is Kontiki and that isn't even showing in the log now....
If you are still having trouble, it might be good to run a trojan scan. AV programs will see some trojans these days, but they are limited...
Either the trial version of TrojanHunter or the free version of "a squared"...
http://www.trojanhunter.com/
