cdrw compatibility problem

i use verbatim cdrw disc. i formatted the discs using incd. i copied a word document on it. when i tried to open it in another computer the disc was recognized but the word document was not displayed . i tried it on another computer here it opened. why is this incompatabilty

Does the computer that's able to open the file have InCD installed on it?

If the other computer does NOT have incd installed and the owner does not want to install it you can download Incd reader from nero's site.

Erniek as u suggested that i will need an incd reader, if i would have formatted the cd using nti's file cd would i require filecd reader to read the contents of the disc
