Hello to all,

I run windows 98se.

Here is a problem I am having again, ie, not being able to get windows troubleshooter to work. On the troubleshooter page when I click on an issue and click Next, the page that comes up is always blank, so I am unable to find any solutions.

I had this exact problem late last year, but it was corrected after I did a clean re-install. Now the problem has come back. Please help.

You would get a better answer letting the participants here to "troubleshoot" than the windows "help"

sorry- I meant that the windows "troubleshooter" is of little help-- in my experience.- and that you would get a better answer here at this site if you need to troubleshoot something.

I agree with sea69, you'll get more help here than with the troubleshooter! However, if you really want to try fixing it, you might find answers here (scroll down to the GREEN section) (http://members.aol.com/ojatex/98tip1.htm) and here (http://www.helpscreen.com.au/index.php?msgid=676326006&cid=5) .
