.Net Framework in My Comp Zone

In my 'My Comoputer Zone' under .Net Framework reliant Components, I noticed that in "run components signed with authenticode, and run components not signed with authenticode" -- both are diabled. I noticed it when I changed the ActiveX options (Disabled, Disabled, Disabled, prompt, prompt) as suggested on the zero-day virus thread, but now I am wondering is that good, should tha be like that, or what am I missing... if it is totally disabled ?
