Linksys PPPoP always disconnects!

I'm using a Linksys router and share internet. I noticed lately I always have to go into the Firmware and manually push the "Connect" button for the router to connect to PPPoP in order for my network to access the internet. Why is this happening so often now?

This is a function of the DSL connection being PPPoE as opposed to true broad band. Under the PPPoE settings in the router firmware there is a keep connected button, please make sure it is checked.
