internet sharing

i want to share 112kbps net connection through a server.
will this will be speed? i want to open a net-brosuing center here?
we are sharing through CDMA telephone where we get the netconnection. no dailing just connecting. i want to share for 6 systems excluding server.

What will always work better is using a router to share the internet connection vs Internet Connection Sharing on the server.

What OS is installed on the server and clients for ICS?
