I would like to backup my DVD collection. I have a DVD drive, and a CD-RW drive. I know how to backup CD's, but I don't know if I can do a DVD? I have some DVD-R's. Is this possible without any special software or any new hardware? (I do have Nero)

Also, I would like to put my home movies on a DVD. If I can burn them with my current hardware, how would I do it? What would I have to do to make the menus and such?

Thanks

I'm not trying to copy rented/borrowed DVD's. I want to copy the ones I OWN (I'm very careless with them and have broken several...tired of buying them over and over again)

You will need a writable DVD drive in order to burn DVD's

You will also need a program such as Nero Express with the abilities to convert your videos files into DVD format before you can burn them with your DVD burner.
