Download and run stinger (http://vil.nai.com/vil/stinger/) , we need you to post what Operating System version you are using as well.

Did you disable system restore before running the tools? If not, it won't work and the same will go with stinger. Read This (http://service1.symantec.com/SUPPORT/tsgeninfo.nsf/docid/2001111912274039?OpenDocument&src=sec_doc_nam)

It MAY work but the AV may detect the backup copy in the System Restore files. You absolutely should delete the System Restore Points after cleaning, which will kill the copy of the virus/worm in system restore.

Great, Stinger is great.
With sysrestore all was ok,thanks classicsoftware and PrntRhd .
Good luck!
one was strange ,
AVG called it I-Worm/Netsky Q and Stinger gave the name to virus- W32/Netsky.p

The different antivirus companies each assign their own names to things unless there is already a common name for it by the time they address it. Since they all want to get it right away, this garbage often has several names....
