If I had say 100 folders in the Outlook folder list, all with e-mails inside them, what's the best way to make an exact copy of them so that if I had to completely uninstall Outlook I would be able to recreate all the mail/folders once it is reinstalled?
I thought it was possible just to go to the documents and setting/user/localsetting/application data/microsoft/outlook and then copy the .pst files there, and once the outlook had been removed and reinstalled the files could just be pasted back in, but I haven't had any luck with doing this.
How can I quickly make an exact copy of everything in Outlook (an image basically), that I can just plop back in afterwards???
I'm new to the Outlook world...
