MY BIOS ARE FROM AMI . I INSTALLED WINDOWS ME ON IT . IT WAS FREEZING WHEN BOOTING , I NEEDED TO RESTAR IT 2 OR 3 TIMES FOR IT TO BOOT OK . SOMETIMES ON THE SCREEN IT APPEARED A MESSAGE " CAN NOT WRITE TO DISC C , SOME FILES OR INFORMATION MIGHT BE LOST". I TOOK THE MODEM AND THE SOUNS CARD TO SEE IF THERE WAS AN IMPROVE IN THE BOOTING PROCESS. BUT THE FREEZING KEPT HAPPENING. WHEN I REINSTALLED BOTH A NEW PROBLEM ARISE , NOW THE COMPUTER DOES NOT BOOT , THERE IS NOTHING ON THE SCREEN . THE COMPUTER PRODUCES A BEEPING SEQUENCE AS FOLLOW 2 BEEPS PAUSE 8 BEEPS PAUSE 2 BEEPS PAUSE 1 BEEP. DOES ANYONE KNOWS WHAT DOES THIS MEANS , ANY HELPPPP????

Not sure what type of Kadoka Motherboard you have but you can check out this link:

Might want to start with swapping the Thunderbird Athlon with a original AMD Athlon processor.

Wish I could tell you more.
