AVG has updates available if you are manualy updating as of 6pm eastern May 19th. :)

As of this morning's update (thurs 20th) Spyware Balster has 2942 database items. This databse date is for the 18/05/04.

Either I have to many in database or you have to few JL

Yes Ernie...I'm sure jlreich has the correct number.

I cheated a little by finding his original thread ( dated 05-08-2004 ), rather than start a new one.

Hi folks....Just thought I might update you that we were updated about being updated about the updates.

Hate to see anyone miss out! ;) Just testing to see if you were both alert You can never have enough Lerts...The more Lerts the better. (IMHO of course) :p

I had an update once, :eek: and then... a download :p , and then...the installation :rolleyes: , and then....the finish! :)

But that's over now, and y'know, sometimes I wonder :confused: was it all worth it? :( The time, and the money, the drive 'back to my place' after the pick-up ;) , making all those little connections come together... I think it was. . .

And, I'm told, next time it'll be easier :D , and that I'll be much smoother :cool: . I look forward to it, and still, with each encounter, I'm a little hesitant even so, but that may be for the best, keeps the hard drive healthy that way.

Ah life, what would we do without it?
