Internet Explorer Patch

I was trying to find the patch for Internet Explorer for 'URL parsing vulnerability' as described here (http://www.securityfocus.com/archive/1/347136/2003-12-06/2003-12-12/1).

I believe that a MS patch is available. I have tried searching the MS site in vain.

I wonder if some kind soul could provide the appropriate link please.

MSTechNet is one source, also simply going to Windows Update.com will find any outstanding patches.
