Can't Import address book MS Outlook

I have EarthLink Total Access 2004 mail and I am trying to get the address
book to import into MS Outlook xp 2002.When you export your address book out
of EarthLink it is a .csv (Comma separated value) file. I then do and import
from file from Outlook and the only option is to Import into contacts. I do
this and it reports a successful import and the names all show up in
contacts. However there is no info in any of the contacts. No email
addresses or phone numbers or other personnel info. Tech support from
EarthLink say that I used the right procedure and it should have worked.
I tried it again with the same results. Any ideas?

The only thing that springs to mind is checking the CSV file actually does have the information you need. Open it up & have a look :)

If there is info missing then its probably a case of hassling Earthlink :(
