What does the alarm sound sound like. Is it a sequence of beeps? Are they high low? Some short and some long? The number of beeps that you hear? Let us know that and what type of BIOS your system has. An Award, AMI, Phoenix, etc.. Each of these BIOS makers has different codes to indicate various problems.

try reseating the current memory module, the PC133 stick. Also, try using just the PC-100 stick. In general, it's not wise to use memory modules of various types, but as long as the system is running on a 100MHz fsb, it should be alright. The only problem I can forsee by using them is Windows errors or possibly hardware issues. It sound slike something has become lossened in your system. You might want to check all the cards in your system and ensure that they are firmly seated in the slots they are in as well as check to ensure the RAM is firmly seated.

My Bios is a Award Plug & Play.
The beeping high and repeated.
