I use Win98SE, AMD cpu. When multi programs were used.
The computer often dead.
The following is the information on black screen:

Out of range
Hf:30kHz-70kHz
Vf:50Hz--160 Hz
Current Frequency
Hf: 118.5KHz
Vf: 226Hz

Anyone can tell me what can I do ?

To help you we will need more information:
1. When you turn on the computer does the fan in the back [power supply fan] come on?
2. If it does.......then do you hear any beeps?
Answer those two questions and then someone here can move forward to help diagnose the reason you cant get it to work.

By the error message you have in your post.
you monitor and or video card refresh / resolution is set to high.

If you can boot into windows.
try setting the refresh or the resolution a little lower.
if you are unable to boot into windows try booting into safe mode (using the F8 key)
and set the video mode lower.

If you have it set to within the supported range of your card.
You may also want to check the default resolution of what ever program it is that you are running when the crash occurs. (Normally caused by games that use their own mode settings)
