ISA questions

Hi,

I have questions regarding ISA
first: i have network which have 15 PCS running winXP pro and server running WIN2000 SERVER and all PCS connected by 3COM switch, and the connection type here is WORKGROUP and the internet connection is Satallite connection, my questions:
1. Can i run ISA the my netwrok which use workgroup type?
2. I configure my TCP/IP manually so, will such configuration work whenever i install the ISA SERVER?
3. Do i need to install ISA clients and how?

I will appriciate you if any one solve these important questions?
