i have been unable to reformat my D; can someone walk me thru it.
this is a 2nd drive

System shuts down
when i connect with my DSL using Internet Explorer, i come up with several error messages. One "LSA shell (export version encounted a problem and needs to shut down. Them you can click to find more info on problem an a file by the mame of "lsass.exe. comes up. I know 98 and 95 pretty well to do most thinks but this xp is something else.
