system lockup

Can anyone tell me what this means "EMM386 Priviliged operational error".
After installing a soundblaster live card and the installation software that came with it this is the message I get after my computer begins to reboot and then locks up. Athlon 750 socket A on a FicAz11 motherboard with 128 mem.
