hi, i seem to be having a lot of problems with the bridge.dll spyware and have had no help looking for someone to help me. I came here and found that a lot of people seem to help, so i was wondering if you could help me! I have followed instuctions given by people (thanks for that!) and here is my HJL, i was wondering if someone could check it and tell me what to do, thanks so much.

Hi Carissa,

I don't see any evidence of bridge.dll in your log. I might be missing it or maybe you already fixed it. :)

These are the things I see that you can fix with HJT:

Then check in Add/Remove programs and see if you can uninstall it there.

Then boot into safe mode and find and delete msiexec16.exe. It is added as part of the OPTIX PRO series of viruses. When you're done, reboot and run an online virus scan. I like Trend Micro's HouseCall (http://housecall.trendmicro.com/) .

When you finish, reboot and post a follow up log, just to make sure.

That's all I see. Others may see more...:)

Have Hijack This fix all of the following by placing a check in the appropriate boxes and hitting fix checked. Make sure all browser and all Windows Explorer windows are closed before fixing.
