It seems to be random but is definalty missing basic corrections.

Is there a way to "repair" rather than reinstall?

I dont really want to reinstall outlook, but will if i have to.

Before you do anything drastic. I had a computer with a virus and the virus affected the office spell check.

Please run an on line virus scan as well as updating you anti-virus definitions and run a full local scan.
