Hello goldmonkee, welcome to http://www.pcguide.com/ubb/pcgubb.gif Forums.
Do you need advice on this system or are you just so proud of your computer that you are telling everyone about it. :D

Seems pretty solid. What kind of hard disks are you gonna put in there?
I also don't know that brand of psu. If it's good, it's good, but you don't wanna cut in that dept building that kind of system. Maybe someone else knows them and how well they keep up...

That case looks good for the money, but it's something I would choose for a lowly Celeron system, not a gaming system. Antec makes good cases for about twice as much money, but the quality is higher all around. Front USB, firewire, and audio ports, too! :D
Enlight makes decent power supplies, but I saw on the link you gave a nice deal on an Enermax PSU! Enermax is among the top manufacturers, so give them a look.
Other than that, it looks like an impressive core for a gaming machine!

Thanks for the replies.
rond36: Just wanted some feedback ^_^ I've been saving up for quite a while, want to make sure it's good.
Abbadon: I'm hoping for 2 WD 74GB raptors...heard nothing but praise about them, but they are a bit pricey.
Saphalline: Money is an issue, I chose a cheap case intentionally. But I suppose the difference between a cheap case and a good one isn't that much. Maybe you can help me out picking a different case/power supply that's not insanely expensive? :) I really don't know much about them.

WOW
With those raptors in the mix, you're defenitly gonna have one speedy system.
It's also going to be a power-hungry system. A 360w psu might cut it if the brand is very good. Givven the fact that you're gonna have to have some extra casefans and such, you might wanna consider upping the W a bit.

Will do :)

Saphalline: Money is an issueIf money is an issue, pull back on the RAM. PC3200 is more than fast enough for that AthlonXP 3200+ (which uses a 400MHz FSB, by the way), unless you want to overclock? If you want to OC, I suggest a 2800+ or 3000+/333MHz FSB. If you don't want to OC, you're throwing money away on super-fast RAM that you'll never use.
As for a case/PSU combo that's good, I like Antec. Solid as a rock, nice folded edges, usually a window on the side panel, front USB/firewire ports, and an Antec power supply (very good quality). One more thing - don't forget a surge protector! Surge protector is a min req for any PC, tho a UPS is better.

On newegg the difference between 3500 and 3200 is about $12. I figured it was worth it, even if the chance of me upgrading the CPU in the future is minimal :)

Oh, you do bring up something I've been wondering about, that is the performance difference between a 3000+ and 3200+.

There are two versions of the Athlon XP 3000+, the one that uses the 333MHz FSB and the one that uses the 400MHz FSB. The performance difference between the 3200+ and the 3000+/400 FSB is minimal. Minimal enough that I'd suggest moving down to it if you need to save some cash. They are both very powerful CPUs, but I think the price difference is a little too much to recommend the 3200+.
