Welcome to the PC Guide Forums!

Delete Windows Temporary Internet files and cookies to make things easier.

Download and install Adaware 6.0, update, close browser, scan, remove all items it finds, reboot.

Download and install Spybot Search & Destroy, update, close browser, scan, remove all items in Red, reboot.

Download HJT and unzip into a new folder on the hard drive (My Docs will do fine), scan and copy the entire log produced. Post the log in this thread, do not remove any items until advised to do so by the experts here as most HJT items are essential to the operation of the PC.

"NoAdware program". This is a scam... It steals code from legit programs and uses enough to look like it is legit, but it doesn't do the job and may even install garbage itself.... I highly recommend getting rid of it. You can try getting your money back, but you are not dealing with honest individuals, so don't count on it....

And I agree with PrntRhd, we still need to see a HJT log since these nasty programs tend to travel in packs, if you have one, you will probably find more.....
