Problems with Windows 2000 Pro...continued

The Saga continues, i tried to install an updated video driver off of my video cd into my windows 2000 os. but my could not follow the instructions given in setup. For instance set up will say:
"click on settings tab"
and then select "advanced from the task bar"
it will then say selct the "change button" next to adapter type, but I do not see a change button or an adapter type, so I cannot complete the process.
Does any one know if there is another path I can follow? also, my refresh rate only goes from 60...70...etc, there is no 65...

Had you quoted the instructions in full this would not have required so much guesswork.

However...
Here are two routes to open the "Update Device Driver Wizard" for your video card:

1. "Control Panel->Display->Settings->Advanced->Adapter->Change->Next".

2. "Device Manager->[highlight your video card]->Properties->Driver->Update Driver->Next".
