Blank Screen

I changed the color settings in Windows 98SE from 16bit(true) to 256. After rebooting computer screen is blank except for blinking cursor. Cannot reboot in safe mode or access BIOS. Will not boot from floppy of CD.

If you have a manual for you Motherboard you'd probably best look for an area dealing with clearing the CMOS and what jumpers you would need. This would get you back to your default values in the BIOS and hopefully allow you to gain access once again.
