Start-up Programs - Windows XP?

I recently upgraded from Windows 98SE to XP Home Edition. Where in the XP version can I find a list of the programs that start-up when I boot the computer? I was pretty familiar with Win98, but I haven't yet found this in XP. For some reason, when I start up this computer, AOL automatically launches and I want to prevent this. If this particular problem is an AOL thing, where [in XP] is this "window" anyway?

Click Start > Run > 'msconfig' > Startup tab :) Here you can find nearly all of the programs that auto start when you boot windows.
