digital photo/video creating software

I'm looking for software that will pan still digital images (eg. Microsoft Plus! Digital Media Ed., Plus! Photo Story)but also have editing capability in both audio and video (eg. Microsoft Windows Movie Maker), and allow the addition of video clips. Could anybody direct me to such software or know in what forum or newgroup I may find such information?
