Error Starting Program

when I boot up my computer a window appears on the desktop that says, "Error Starting Program A required .DLL file, SMACKW32.DLL, was not found. I click OK and a window appears that says, "college.exe Access to the specified device, path, or file is denied. I click OK and the bootup continues with no further problems. I'm running Windows 98 second edition. Any ideas about what's going on here? Thanks in advance for any assistance.

Apparently that dll has something to do with a game. Are you having any problems with any games?

Sorry for taking so long to answer. My games are working fine and I haven't uninstalled anything lately. I did download Winzip lately.
