can't get in setup

Built new pc a Soyo sy-p4is2 with a Pentium 4. First Bios screen says press DEL to get in set up. It won't work.

Any suggestions on how to get in setup would be appreciated.

Well, you might try holding the del key down instead of just pressing it. I have to do that with my new Abit mobo.
