IBM Thinkpad 600 error on BOOT

I have an IBM Thinkpad 600 2645-51U When i was reinstalling Windows it locked up on hardware detection. after restsrting it now beeps and gives error messages 161 and 163.
I replaced the CMOS battery but i still get the same messages.
How do I fix this?

If the battery is not the problem, it sounds like the motherboard.
