what is the worst computer brand? I hate apple. Never owned one, never will. I hate their designs, they are so behind in technology, no floppies! BUilt in displays that go bad are hard to repair, and they are $$$EXPENSIVE$$$! I don't like Dell anymore due to their lack of building.

That's NOT a computer!!

Just tried to help someone with one of those heaps. After deciding that the system was too corrupted to be repairable, we decided to do a system restore, as there were no files that were important enough to save.

Guesss what.



The so-called "restore" cd was BLANK! Yup, NOT ONE BYTE of data on it!

Result, one trip to the tip with it! Oh, es, we saved the monitor, and bought a new tower for £229! new software would have cost that!

You are the master of the understatement.

If anyone does decide to go to this company just do not expect any after sales service or help from their so called technicians.

Problem? Restore it, and do not install software. So no actual surprise that the restore disks did not work.

And no I have never had one, just had to do the jobs that the technical help could, or would not do.

my opinion on worst pc is gateway it is El crapo extrordinare.If you would ask me what the worst tech support was I would have to say it was a toss up between gateway and dell they both get the El crapo award in my book.
