Hello all!
A friend of mine has a laptop running Win2000 not on a network. I haven't seen the pc yet so the only specs I have are its a year old and is running Win2000 probably a Dell. He said he has never run Defrag or Scandisc because he didn't know how. The pc has worked fine up until two days ago. At startup he said he receives an error message saying that the size of the registry is too small. He also said that he adjusted the registry size as the help button with the error suggested, but the msg returns. I am not too familiar with Win2000, but from what I have read adjusting the registry size should have fixed the prob. Is there something else that could cause this problem? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
