Windows Me Problem

I folks,
I just installed a firewall on my other computer called "Tiny Personal FireWall" Now when I boot-up it comes to my desktop with no icons, and I can't get any where from there. I'm running Windows ME, and using AOL for the internet. How can I get to Safe Mode in ME ? How do I unistall it if I can't get to the Control Panel ? I'm at a lost, anyone have any ideas ?

If you can navigate at all...try Start>Programs and see if you can locate it...it might have an Uninstall there that does not show up in the Add/Remove.

Hi jennifer,
Hit f8 then when prompted press 3 to get to safe mode.
If you can get to the start menu, goto to help system restore.
Restore your system to a point before you had your problems, If thats possible. IF not some of the pro's here will help you further.

If F8 does not work: start comp.hold down CTRL key until windows startup menu appears,choose safe mode>press enter.Are you running automatic update while running your fire wall,such as antivirus or windows if you are disable auto-updates.Do all updates manualy.
You could also down load regcleaner and remove from there i believe.
