View Full Version : SCO loses on most of Daimler-Chrysler suit

Daimler-Chrysler had almost all of the suit thrown out. They certified that they have not used System V Unix for seven years. SCO says they did not certify "promptly enough".
Daimler-Chrysler says there was no contractual obligation to respond in 30 days as SCO demanded.

When will they learn? Grasping at thin air. They are going to put themselves out of business if they don't stop wasting money on useless lawsuits.

Hey jlreich, your sig reminds me of why I stopped messing with these infernal machines a while back. Now I have learned to quit worrying about all that other stuff, trust my protection, don't keep anything necessary or valuable on it, and just enjoy some time to myself ;) :cool:

Good advice Bassman. Only thing is that doing all that stuff is part of the fun.:D :D Maybe I should change the fun line to 100%.:D :D
