Have any of you heard about the "Faster than broadband" service called JuiceUSA?

Want to know if this is a scam?

I just googled it and the first hit was for web service ala getting more hits on your site and lot's of free software that you have certain rights to. [Whatever that means]
2nd hit to site itself would not come up.
Looks weird to me.
Web acellerators do not speed up you connection on dial-up. Nothing can. What they do is cache the pages you are looking at and the pages you got to frequently probably do load faster.
On actually downloads and uploads there is no speed increase.

As I said if it's looks too good to be true than it probably is.
I have never heard of 40 times dial-up and free.
But of course you have to fill out the small form first:)
I honestly don't know anything about this but I would be skeptical.
Of course you can try it and let me know:D :D :D :D just kidding.
