That's amazing. I wonder what the penalty is for that kind of thing. I wonder what he got out of this. Money doesn't seem to apply. To cause that much aggravation and not get something in return doesn't make sense. I hope it was more than just an adrenaline rush.

If found guilty of sabotage charges, Mr Jaschan could face up to five years in jail.
That is the law in Germany. The press there was making him out to be a "hero" who humbled Microsoft.

Surely they could deport him to any country that has been affected by his c**p - maybe one that isn't as pleasant:D

Well, I don't know what the jails are like in Germany but five years in an American prison is hard time. Especially for a first offense. It'll be interesting to see what he gets.
