Error message installing Spyware Blaster

Has anybody else gotten the following error message after downloading and installing and running Spyware Blaster (from MajorGeeks.com)?

Cannot find import; DLL may be missing, corrupt or wrong version
File "MSVBVM60.DLL", error 1157
