V1.03??? This is getting silly!

Yep..thought I would check for Adaware updates and there is another new version. (V1.03).

Haven't looked into it yet, but this is really amazing. We aren't talking new Definition Files, but rather three new Program downloads in as many days.

Maybe I'm just imagining this...it is getting late here on the East Coast after all. :rolleyes:

OK, getting the AAW bugs out, new build not tripping NAV as Byte/Verify files anymore. I found SE 1.03 at MajorGeeks site tonight.

Did you get the new Spybot updates?

Went to bed last night right after that post just in case I was delirious. :p

I swear, I spend half my life making sure all of the programs I have that protect me from (or remove) "crapware", are up to date.

It's ok though...I generally have a few minutes left to use my Computer for something productive when I'm done updating everything. :D

What's becoming particularly irritating to me though, is I still can't seem to find it.

Just like last time, I've tried three different Mirror Sites and even though they state that it's V 1.03, it's still 1.02! :confused:

Even at MajorGeeks where PrntRhd apparently got it last night, I'm getting version 1.02 even though the site states that it's 1.03.
(other sites still say 1.02 anyway).

Fine with me that they are quick to fix some bugs, but before a Mirror says it's available, I think it should be!
It will also be nice if and when we can update the program within Adaware itself instead of constantly downloading a new build.


BTW...anyone have a link where they have successfully Downloaded 1.03???? (Have to actually download it and see what version it is, because you certainly can't go by what they say it is).

I got it from Major Geeks.
I looked at the version after download and it says 1.03. Anywhere else I should look?

No, if it says vI.03 you're all set Mark. I don't get it. :confused:

I haven't actually installed it because it says v1.02 on the file itself after I download it.
IE, the .exe file says 1.02, so I doubt it's actually 1.03. Therefore I haven't installed it yet.

Very strange....and I'm talking Majorgeeks here too.

I read somewhere else [don't remember where] that the installer might say 1.02 but the version is 1.03
Not sure but worth a try.

Last time I downloaded something that said "v1.02", it really was!

This time, after installation, it is in fact v1.03. (Even though the installer said 1.02 just as you mentioned). Strange.

Anyway, thanks again Mark. I'll talk to you tomorrow when v1.04 is released. :D :p
