I’ve come across this which may help those of us struggling with dial-up or overpriced, underpowered broadband internet connections.
It’s a software company called Juice who have developed revolutionary data compression technology which guarantees to boost your standard 512k connection to 2mbs. Dial-up speed is also increased four times. The technology can be utilised worldwide and for those who register early is completely free.
Registration simply entails entering your name and email address and the software is released 01/10/04. There is no hardware to fiddle with. Could be the answer, and it’s free.

These guys just dont stop trying it on do they. I mean its such a give-away. Never posted here before and bring us "good news" in the form of a URL with an identifier stuck on the end of it, more likely than not.

Unbelievable. I'm really beginning to feel "violated".

What was once a rare occurrence here has become a real nuisance lately.

I said it to the last guy and I'll say it again...

GO AWAY!

Are they finding this place because we are at the beginning of a Google search?
Weird, we are getting more and more of these.
I don't seem to be seeing so many elsewhere

This one is worse, it is pyramid marketing as well as a total scam, they enlist "affiliates" to pitch their stuff which gets them free Internet connections, or so they say. They claim they are providing dialup speeds faster than broadband for free, and will actually pay you money if the connection is not 100% Uptime, you just have to sell new suckers on the concept.

Yes, it had an identifier at the end of the link. That's what the ID= part was. Click on the link, he makes a couple of cents. I checked the IP addresses, this one and the one last night didn't come form the same IP or even the same ISP, probably not even the same state...possibly even different countries, I didn't look up DNS info on them. This one is on Pacbell, the other just gave me an IP address, no ISP listed.

That makes it more curious, I could understand, and even expected it to be the same person that figured out a way to set up a different user name. But two nights in a row, different people, and I think we had one a few days ago too...that's more spammers than we've seen in the past year all in a few days...something's up...and it's not a full moon...

We have been getting more over at SpywareInfo too... I think this whole affiliate thing is just gearing up and all the greedy scumboys out there are picking up on it... Hold on to your hat because it is probably going to get worse...

I saw it in a forum over at DSL Reports a couple of days ago, it was a different poster there too.

I think Budfred is probably right, it's likely to get worse...

I think somebody left the gate open and they all came over to play...
