Password question

My computer tells me that my Password will expire in about 5 days, and that I should pick a new one, I've never had to change my Password before, is this the way you set it up or is it something I can ignore?

You should be able to set it to never expire if you go to:
Computer Management (RClick MyComputer > Manage)
Local Users and Groups
Users
RClick Your Account Name
Properties
