Bad Pool Header

Could someone tell me what a bad pool header blue screen means. I got this error after downloading xp sp2. I think it was a result of trying to use my cdr which is usb2 connected to a pci to usb2 card.

Well I had a little luck this time. After weeks of bsod errors of all kinds I think I found the problem. I plugged my cdr into a usb2 port and immediately got a blue screen. I swapped the pci to usb2 card with a new one and all seems fine now.
