winsrv missing

I installed sp2 from windows.when i restarted my comp,my screen went blue and the following msge appeared:
Top C0000135(unable to locate component)
This application has failed to start because WINSRV was not found.Reinstalling the application may fix the problem.
Can anyone help me fixing this problem.tx
