Modem not detected on XP

Hello,

I had working modem on win98. I dont know how it was working but after installing win XP the modem is no more being auto detected.

I manually installed that modem and in device manager modem properties shows hardware id:
moto1_gen
and its diagnostics query modem seems to work with command/response such as:
ATQ0V1E0 Success
AT+GMM Command not supported
AT+FCLASS=? 0,1,2.0
...
...


But now when I am setting up internet connection dialup the modem is not detected. Also I tried installing FAX/MODEM software and it too cannot detect.
