Spyware and SP2

I guess that must account for a good percentage of those who are having problems with SP2.
Checking for malware should be top priority for businesses who rely on their IT equipment, but it still seems that corners get cut. smaller firms and home users have an excuse of lack of expertise and resources - the larger firms should have a dedicated lab, take a few clones off real machines and shove them through the mill. A few PCs set up as a test-bed isn't going to hurt the pockets of the big guns.
