Boot Problems

I bought my system yesterday. I am having problems with booting.Everytime I shutdown I dont get any video signal. On resetting the CMOS and rebooting everything works fine untill I shutdown .

I tried replacing battery, no result.
I tried different video cards, no result.

XP 1600+
ECSK7S5A Motherboard
256 mb ram
GE force 64MB MX400

Any help will be greatly appreciated

If you bought it yesterday then make the store you bought it from fix it...you surely have at least thirty days if not a year on a system that new...and part of your purchase price was that warranty.
