I use this one, context defrag - Link (http://www.dougknox.com/xp/scripts_desc/context_defrag.htm).

I am familiar with these,
Vopt XP - Small and lightning fast
O&O - No need to allocate time, does it in the background
Diskeeper
&
Perfect disk - Real professionals with many options.
The last freeware version of O&O, originally meant for NT & 2k but works well with XP SP1, can be downloaded from here (Direct download)
OOD Free (http://yesterday.cdpa.nsysu.edu.tw/disktool/oodfre_V3.5.562_english.exe). The freeware version doesn't work in the background.
