Home network problem?

Hi can anyone help me,
I have one machine installed with Win 98, and one with Win 2000.
The 98 machine can see the shared drives etc on the 2000 machine, but the 2000 machine can not see the 98 machine.
Workgroup is Workgroup, and even given them IP addresses
98 machine does have sharing enabled and shared drives present

Any ideas

Did you try searching for the computers by name?
Also try searching by IP address.

Whay do you see in network neighborhood or my network places?

Once you enable file and printer sharing, you must make the drives shared.

have you done that yet?
