Nero Help files

It is a standard 'gripe' with Nero Ultra Edition that you have to download the Help files separately from the main installation program.
I downloaded the 7Mb 'Language pack one', and clicked to install it.
But I received this message - see screenshot - what do I do next??

I downloaded the individual help files instead of the big package and when each zip is opened I am presented with a PDF file for viewing. If you go to Neros download page and select User Guides you will see a list of individual files to download.
