You have three different trojans on your computer. At least one is a remote access trojan, which allows anyone access to your machine! If this computer has been used for any online purchases/banking, I strongly recommend that you immediately change your bank cards/passwords/etc, and scrutinise any statements carefully for suspicious entries! Indeed, change you passwords to any internet site you may be registered with.

Have Hijack This fix all of the following by placing a check in the appropriate boxes and hitting fix checked. Make sure all browser and all Windows Explorer windows are closed before fixing.

You need to get some firewall protection going if you got that many trojans at once.
ZoneAlarm
Kerio
Sygate
All are free.

Which one would you suggest? Is the XP installed firewall weak or are these that much better?

The third party firewalls are much better, the MS one is only a little better than nothing.

The problem with Ms firewall is exactly what is happening to you. It is very good at blocking things coming IN. Does not block anything going OUT.
Most people would recommend Zone alarm for a free firewall.
Personally I would do a google search on firewalls and even after adding a software firewall consider a router with a hardware firewall [most of these only block incoming stuff] that's why you need both].
